Acceptable Use & Content Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Album Foundry (visitors, fans, buyers, and artists). It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
1. Core rule
Use the platform in good faith.
Do not use it to harm others, break laws, or bypass controls.
2. Prohibited behavior
You must not:
- scrape pages, harvest emails, or bulk-download content
- use bots to generate fake plays, fake purchases, or artificial traffic
- bypass download windows, signed links, or access controls
- attempt to reverse engineer, probe, scan, or exploit the Service
- upload malware, "zip bombs," or other hostile files
- impersonate others or misrepresent who you are
- commit payment fraud, card testing, or refund abuse
- use the Service to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI systems using Album Foundry content
3. Prohibited content (artists and users)
You must not upload or post content that:
- infringes copyright, trademark, or rights of publicity
- is illegal in the jurisdictions where it is offered
- includes malware or hidden executable content
- includes hateful or harassing content that targets protected groups
- includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- encourages violence or illegal activity
- is deceptive (for example: falsely claiming authorship, or using misleading titles/artwork)
4. What happens if you violate this policy
We may take actions such as:
- removing or disabling access to content
- restricting visibility
- suspending downloads
- pausing payouts
- suspending or terminating accounts
We may also preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests.
