Album Foundry respects intellectual property rights.
This policy explains how to report copyright infringement and how we respond.
1. DMCA (United States)
If you believe content on Album Foundry infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent.
1.1 What your notice must include
Include:
- your name and contact details
- identification of the copyrighted work
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URLs)
- a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorized agent
- your physical or electronic signature

1.3 Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with:
- your name and contact details
- identification of removed content and where it appeared
- a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
- consent to jurisdiction in federal court for your address (or Oregon if outside the U.S.)
- your signature

1.4 Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts that repeatedly infringe.
As a general rule, we may suspend or terminate an account when we receive:
- 2 or more valid DMCA notices against the same account within 12 months, or
- a pattern of infringement that creates legal risk.
We may also terminate sooner for egregious or willful infringement.
2. EU and UK notices
If you are in the EU or UK and you believe content is illegal (including infringing), you can report it electronically:

Please include:
- the exact URL(s)
- an explanation of why you believe the content is illegal
- your name and email address (unless the law requires otherwise)
3. What we do after a notice
We review notices and may remove or disable access to content.
Where required, we may provide reasons for our decision and information about available redress.
4. False notices
Do not send knowingly false or abusive notices. Misuse can lead to legal liability.
